Meet Sharon!

Hi my name is Sharon Bala-Barretto and I have been married for 31 years. I have three children and five grandchildren. In my free time when I'm not working I love to spend time with my family and friends. I have been employed by Kaiser Permanente for 14 years as an Appointment Registration Clerk. I have been doing Customer Service for over 30 years, and I enjoy what I do because I'm always meeting new people, making new friends, and most of all, helping others address their medical needs.

  • Greet patients

  • "Checks patients in", verifying insurance card and photo ID

  • Verifies insurance coverage and out of pocket expense

  • Cashiering experience preferred but not required
